     At McDougall Devcon we know planning is some of the most important time spent at the front end of each project.  We identify the processes, team and regulatory criteria required to accomplish the goals for each project.  Our planning experiences include everything from custom home site plans to master planned communities and all of the infrastructure to support each type of land development application.  We have the knowledge and expertise to create the required documentation to successfully navigate through the requirements of each scoped entitlement process.

   Infrastructure systems vary by scope of work and by site but are optimized to reduce construction costs.  Planning and entitlement scope items are listed below and include; status updates to maintain schedule, reviewing reports, writing due diligence investigation reports, research, preparing documents, calculations, preliminary site plans, density calculations, amendments and other scope items that vary by case.
